Service Fees

Our standard rates are listed below. Individual contracts can be negotiated. Most insurance companies honor our services. We are Medicaid certified in both Illinois and Missouri. We also maintain several contracts with the Illinois Department of Human Services which allow us to provide services at a discount rate to those who qualify based on their income and family size. These prices are subject to change without notice.

• Couples/Marital Counseling – $115.00 Per Hour
• Detox (includes physical exam) – $1,375.00 Per Day
• Group Counseling – $77.50 Per Hour
• Individual Counseling – $155.00 Per Hour
• Initial Interview – $155.00 Per Hour
• Intensive Outpatient – $77.50 Per Hour
• Medication Check by Physician – $50.00 Per Quarter Hour
• Residential Rehabilitation – $1,225.00 Per Day
