Dr. Arnold is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Practice Physicians. He is a senior faculty member of Southern Illinois University's Family Practice Training Center in Quincy. He has participated in special training for the treatment of Methamphetamine abuse under Dr. Alex Stalcup, Medical Director of the New Leaf Treatment Center, Concord, CA.
