Ron Howell is the new Executive Director of Recovery Resources. He began his duties on Monday, August 12, 2002. Ron comes to Quincy from the Bloomington / Normal area where he served as the Director of Behavioral Health Services for BroMenn Healthcare. His previous experience includes being the Director of a Hospital Addictions Services department in Wisconsin and as a school teacher and coach in Excelsior Springs, Missouri and in Iowa. Howell received his Bachelor’s degree from Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville, Missouri and a Masters Degree in Clinical Counseling and Program Administration from the University of Iowa in Iowa City. Ron and his wife Ellen recently moved to Quincy from Clinton, Illinois. They have two grown children.
