We have a solution for you...
Our Employee Assistance Program can help you protect your investment.
First developed in the United States in the early 1940's, EAP's have successfully helped employers to retain employees who suffer from personal problems which interfere with their work performance.
- Our EAP is "broad brush"...we deal with all types of personal problems.
- EAP's give supervisors an opportunity to offer help to their subordinates instead of discipline alone.
- EAP's help to improve employee morale.
- EAP's help your valuable employees resolve personal problems that interfere with their performance before their jobs are jeopardized.
- EAP's help avoid the high costs of recruiting and training replacements for employees who have been discharged. We have affiliated with local and national service providers to make sure that all types of personal problems are handled readily and professionally.
- We have created several novel Employee Assistance Program options that allow employers to offer top-quality EAP's at minimal cost. One example is our "Shared Risk" approach to EAP's in which employers are billed only when EAP services are used.
Standard EAP components include:
- Development of an Employee Assistance Program Policy
- Training supervisors how to use the EAP
- Periodic data reports
- EAP Orientation for employees
- Monthly contact between EAP staff and employer
- Assessment of employees and family members who use the EAP
- A specific number of counseling sessions determined by the employer.
- Confidential handling of all Information.
- In addition to the standard components, our EAP includes:
- Legal Assistance. We have retained the services of a local law firm that allows troubled employees to obtain answers to legal questions.
- Quincy Medical Group will provide any drug testing.
- Consumer Credit Counseling Service will assist employees and/or family members with any credit and debt problems as well as budgeting skills.
- Semi-annual one hour employee seminars on topics such as stress management, smoking cessation, violence in the workplace, etc.
